High Speed Production Lines

SMT Department: Four Fully Automated High-Speed SMT Lines (Lines One and Two)

SMT Department: Four Fully Automated High-Speed SMT Lines (Lines Three and Four)

The first stage of Accutron’s fully automated SMT lines includes a Screen Printer, a 3-D Solder paste Inspection Station, and a Glue-Dot Dispenser.

High-resolution 3-D sensing technology is used to inspect paste deposition to each PCB prior to component placement. 3D height, true volume, and area measurements for PCBs with 0201s and smaller pad sizes where measuring solder volume is key for identifying solder joint reliability

Jobs are preloaded in our Feeder Setup Area to reduce changeover time allowing for increased flexibility.

Our High-Speed Universal ® Pick and Place Equipment offers great flexibility and speed. Fuzion machines are utilized on each of our four production lines, offering placement speeds across each line in excess of 100,000 parts per hour.

A Custom reflow profile is generated for each assembly

State of the art RoHS approved Heller Reflow oven

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is performed on every placement by Nordson YESTECH's advanced color camera imaging technology, offering high-speed PCB inspection with exceptional defect coverage

Where technology advances to more complex components, all BGA and uBGA placements are inspected carefully with Nordson Dage's state-of-the-art X-ray system

Automated BGA Rework Station for Production, as well as Engineering evaluation system, includes 3 point heating system and 2-point cooling for RoHS rework
